I hear it everywhere I go on the Eastern Shore… “nothing fun happens in this town.” Then, when something fun starts happening, it doesn’t maintain the support of the locals. Gee, wonder why nothing fun ever happens in this town? As per the-norm, it was the 4th week and we saw a slight dip in attendance… OK, you’ve tested us, our game is solid, now quit playing around and come back to play!
We had 6 teams last week as our big debut shrunk to a group of 24 players. Please, please, please stop spreading out to the edges of the venue. Firstly, part of the fun of playing is the sense of community. Secondly, even though the crowd was decent, it looked worse because of how spread out everyone was. I will be turning OFF the speakers that point west, so it will be quiet on the bar side, you don’t have to hide in the shadows.
Art Bonus – yes, I remembered… draw a happy stick figure doing what happy stick figures do. Use 2 colors, get 4 points, otherwise 3 pts.

A Tribe Called Quiz were in the lead at halftime with Team Fashion and Old Farts close behind ‘em. Going into the final, Old Farts had climbed to the top position as We’re All Mad Here took a leap into 2nd and Team Fashion slipped to 3rd. But, as usual, the final question is the final determiner.
