Having just had one of my busiest trivia games of the year the night before, I didn't know what to expect from my Caroline County and beyond group. Thanks so much for supporting our game at Market Street Pub. There are still several teams who disappeared from our regulars list, a few of whom I hope all is well because I haven't heard anything from or about them.
In for the grand occasion last week was (in order of registration): Run CDC (who's younger members were first-in and went straight to work, like Santa Claus), 404: Team Not Found (who seem to always find a team, even days before Christmas!), Sofa King Awesome (who made me stop and think, every time I said their name... slowly), Joshua's 40 (Oz. to Freedom) (whom I let down by not remembering that song title), Golden girls (who said and did things that would've made Blanche blush (but I have photoshop), and Team Dave (who disqualified himself at some point and quietly left the room.)
At halftime a mere 9 points was the difference between just above Team Dave and first place. On top was Run CD but just 2 points back we had a tie between Sofa Kings and Joshua's 40. Speaking of Round 2 Art Bonuses... write a year-end-haiku. Feel free to write it on paper and hand it in. 4 points. Poetry is art, BTW.
Rolling headlong into the final question Run CDC held onto the top spot while 404:TNF edged out Sofa Kings who made up #2 and #3.
